Hi guys! I am in a fabulous hostel called Casa Kiwi in Medellin with internet right outside my door...too easy! So here are the photos from a while ago when I had to travel for 2 very long and difficult days from Ciudad Bolivar in the far South of Venezuela to Caracas and then to Maracaibo on my way to Colombia. I live in Long Beach, Southern California. I love my job teaching 7th grade Biology/Health in Long Beach. However, for years I have dreamed of taking off to South America for a few months on my own with just my backpack...so now is the time to do it. I am very excited, scared, curious, and so much more.
