If you can see through the three fences, there are two wolves in this photo. Wolf Haven rescues wolves from zoos and private ownership (!) and keeps them in this educational facility. We couldn't get any closer since we didn't go on a tour. It's an odd place and I'm glad we didn't take the tour.

Every August my mother's family gets together at my aunt Laura's lake house in Washington.
