Crazy for Cucumbers
I once sat disgusted at the Greyhound bus station while I watched a young girl gnaw on a hot pickle. Then another time I scoffed at a restaraunt\'s pickle soup. Well, China has put my cucumber stereotyping to shame. I have to say that stir-fried cucumber is the bomb.
