Today we went swimming at Houhai since our test for tomorrow got canceled. Tons of people warned us against this, but i read an article about how this is one of the coolest experiences you can have in beijing. when we arrived at the lake after a subway ride and a mile of walking, we saw tons of locals swimming. it was an awesome experience. i highly recommend it.
