View from a taxi cab window

Transportation, communication, electicity water, the systems are all there, just in such a state of disrepair they seldom work! However, Calabar truly stretches the boundaries of what I previously believed could work. Would you normally drive in a car like this? Gets you from point A to B doesn’t it?
