Kyle and Darren Bernard
I quit my cushy job in health care software in January of 2008 and hit the road with my younger brother Darren (the one on the left of the photo). We had plane tickets to South East Asia and not much of a plan beyond that. It turned into one of the best years of my life. And, as a result of this blog, I convinced many of my friends to leave their uninspiring jobs and travel as well! Currently I'm back in the Midwestern United States studying to be a physician. Money is tight, school has me bogged down, but I can't wait for the next time to get out on the road.... full info
