This island has a red gate and temple which is Japans 3rd most photographed site!! The island Japans 3rd most photographed site!! The island is really lovely. We caught out a ferry and then wandered round the temple and shrines before scaling the tallest mountain on the island, Mount Misen. It was 530m high and 30 degrees so we were very pleasd with ourselves!! Also the island has loads of ... read more
