Acupuncture

Stephanie's first time getting acupuncture. This felt crazy! I have had lower back pain since I was 11 and these needles pinpointed my most sensitive spots exactly! Which was actually a little painful, but just all around crazy. The needles which were only going just below the surface, felt like they were hitting nerves and scraping bone. This sounds unpleasant, but it was overall a cool experience and I think I will go back before our stint here is over.
