Last night we were busy sorting out kit ready for the first dive trip of the year, up to the Farne isles in Northumberland, when we get a phone call from one of the other divers who was going up there to say the trip has been cancelled due to bad weather. Later on I made a call to the organiser of the trip to see what was happening and he told me he had tried to text me earlier in the night, I r ... read more

Born August 1956 and grew up and lived in South Yorkshire all my life. I've worked as a Labourer, Excavator Driver, Heavy Goods Vehicle Mechanic and currently a HGV Driver. Now divorced but have two grown up children, Mark and Michelle and three Grandchildren, Keane, Aliyah and Heath. Last but not least, "man's best friend" and mine, my German Shepherd Dog "Chet" who welcomes me back from any trip I go away on and every morning I return home from night shift.
