As usual, Cebu Pacific got delayed again. Dumaguete is just an hour's plane ride away from Manila but we got there at 10AM. Touchdown was not very smooth either. My seat mate, who was a local, said the Dumaguete Airport is one of the local airports with the most potholed runway.
