The planets are in scale,

hanging in the Gunther Exhibit. The man on the left is standing in front of the display that tells about each planet. As he's standing there reading, he's probably standing on a scale that tells him what he'd weigh on that particular planet. You enter this area from the top, so you begin by standing above the hanging planets.
