Happy Chappy, Buenos Aires

Buenos Aires is full of beautiful old architecture, but many of the main buildings are now covered in grafitti - and not even good grafitti. This tramp seemed to be happyily living in a corner of the old Opera house, unmolested by police. Quite good in some ways, but perhaps indicative of the city's decline.
