Confetti , shades and supersoakers for sale

The tradition at Carnival is to wet as many people as you can and throw confetti on them so it sticks to their wet skin. This guy had a makeshift stall to sell confetti and water-guns in case someone had forgotten to bring their own! Oh and of course shades to look cool; Panama City
