these beautiful wheels are still hand made in authentic mills (using water to power the machinery!) this "taller", or workshop, was the same one that they used in the amazing race episode (teams had to paint a wheel)

hola friends and family! i am currently sitting in an internet café in the heart of san Joaquin de flores, heredia, a very tranquil and beautiful provincial town about 15 km outside the nations capital of San Jose.
