Not an Easy Hike!

You better be in relatively decent shape when hiking down into the Canyon. My calves were sore for at least 2 weeks after this hike.

Arizona - Grand Canyon, Sedona, Monument Valley

9-26-07 I got up around 8 and went for a swim. The air temperature was colder than the water. I had slept pretty good and the swim felt great and refreshing.
