After all the partying it was time to recharge our batteries and what better place to do this than on the little island of Ko Jum, an island with only electricity by generator for 3 hours a day, no big hotels and no parties only long sandy beaches and tree covered hills and the only form of transport a limited number of scooters for hire. Hi, welcome to be my Travelblog capturing my experiences as I head of for pastures new - well jungles, mountains and deserts to be precise! I have decided it is time to live that dream I have had for many years and so finally took the plunge; left my job, rented out my house and heading off to Borneo to spend 2 months helping rescued Orang-utans at Sepilok Rehabilitation Centre.
