We left Florence and caught a train that took us to La Spezia, here we changed to a local train and 8 min later the train arrived at our destination, Riomaggiore. Riomaggiore is the first of five villages that make up the Cinque Terre, a Unesco World Heritage site, national park and a protected marine area.
