So I am finding that there are three things you can count on in Bangalore: 1. The electricity will go out at least 3 times everyday. 2. Traffic is horrible. 3. The service at a restaurant will either be the best you have ever had or the worst. Today I had incredible service. I went to a place called Koshy’s.
