Leaving Port Douglas.... Tasha and I had arranged a transfer at 3:30 am from Port Douglas to Cairns to catch our 6:00 am flight to Brisbane. Unfortunately our transfer didn't show up and we had to wake up the hotel manager to get the next transfer for us, at 4:30 am.
