I was unfortunate to only be biten by the travel bug in 2005 when I joined the Peace Corps as Teacher of English as Foreign Language in Turkmenistan. Prior to this adventure I had only been out of the US on a week long trip to Puerto Vallarta Mexico and a couple of day trips to Canada. Since 2005 I have been in 8 different countries in Asia and have traveled all around Turkmenistan. My service is ending in November of this year, but I look at it as only a beginning to a long life of travel. ... full info
