Mr Bear

This black bear is clearly a Joan Baez fan when I met him he was plodding along on his way to the festival. I broke my golden rule of not photographing large mammals here as there wasn't much else to do. He was curious about us and stopped 50 yards ahead of us. We were curious about how long he was going to remain curious. The impasse was finally broken by a large truck that sent him scutling into the undergowth.
