Awoke to chilly temperatures in the upper 30s, but blue skies all around. I can deal with cold just not rain especially on a bike going 70 mph. Cruised down US HWY 2. Everything now is real flat, and just gets flatter. Crossed the Red River into Grand Forks, ND, home of the Fighting Sioux. Was amazed at the largest building I had seen on the plains and in North Dakota. It was the Ralph Engle ... read more

LS, Lenny Davis, Wanderer, Esteban, Poco a Poco, Poco Loco, are a few of my nicknames. Hope you enjoy my first attempt at blogging! I am going to ride my motorcycle, Isabel, down the The Great Divide Trail in the Rockies and then onto Tierra del Fuego, at bottom of South America. Both the blogging and riding should be interesting. And who knows how either will turn out, but it is time to get on the open road! I look forward to hearing from you all as we travel south together...
