We left La Paz for an overnight bus to Uyuni. We was hoping to get a good nights sleep as we were booked on a 3 day 2night jeep trip to the salt flats and lagunes of South West Bolivia the morning we arrived. Less than 2 hours into the journey, the paved roads disappeared and we hit dirt tracks for the rest of the 10 hour trip!
