Benny boy’s birthday is always on the bank holiday weekend at the end of August. So this year he organised a trip to Lisbon where a friend of his is from. She was lovely enough to put up all 8 of us in her Mum’s flat, and not only that, come and pick us up at the airport - What a champion! I should forewarn you, this entry is mostly about food.
