It was a cold long weekend and all we wanted was to see the Cheese Rolling Competition, so we decided to go to Wales for the weekend and on the way back stop in Gloucesteshire, where the competition happens every year. Wales is a beautiful country with it's beaches and quirky little villages and we had a great time. It was very interesting, to say the least, to go horse riding on the beach. The ... read more
