The last day of the cruise started from the three gorges dam where we had mored up for the night after passing through the lock gates last night. Done an excursion to visit this massive project costing in the region of 25 billion US to complete. Already the dam produces electricity but is due for completion in 2009. We left the boat in Yichang where we spent the afternoon taking it easy and havin ... read more

The trials and tribulations of living close to London finally took it's toll upon me so I left my job, pack my bag and booked myself the trip of a lifetime.
I am spending twelve months travelling around the world, starting in South Africa and spending alot of the trip around South East Asia. Moving to Australia for six months before venturing to the states and Canada.... full info
