Thursday 28th June Emma - Woke at a civilised hour as the day was our own and we had decided to climb the sand dunes and slide down. We set off around 11 and already it was hot! Made it to the base of the dunes at 11.30 and started our ascent. Al and I soon realised how unfit we were and stopped about a third of the way up.
