After finding there were no boats to Sulawesi for 1 month Great !! We diverted our trip to Kalimantan. We flew to the oil town of Balikpapan and jumped staright on a bus to Benjamasin(Welcome back to the world of bumpy busses). Benjamasin is the Venice of Kalimantan with impressive floating food markets and floating houses, we did a couple of boat tours here which were great such a different w ... read more

Bye to everyone back home - were going to miss lots of folk.
Where we're heading...
Our journey may go something like this: firstly heading to south america (peru,bolivia and chile )til november, new zealand (nov-march), malaysia and indonesia for thailand (march- june), laos,cambodia and vietnam, if possible through myanmar, if we're lucky into Bhutan and onwards to Nepal and india.
