Today I went to Fushimi Inari near Kyoto, it was only about 30 minutes from Hirakata and was really beautiful. Fushimi is famous for the thousands of Orange Torii or gates that line its paths leading up the mountain. The amount of torii is unimaginable, I walked for nearly 2 and a half hours and didnt find the end of the paths or the torii, Also along the trail there are a few areas to stop and ta ... read more
