A lovely Spanish couple we met during the Tongariro Crossing. Unfortunately we lost them climbing the Devil's Staircase (they were fitter than us!) ********* Una pareja súper maja de españoles que nos encontramos en nuestra marcha del Tongariro Crossing. Lástima que los perdimos subiendo la Escalera del Diablo (¡estaban en mejor forma que nosotros!)

As soon as we crossed into the North Island, it started to rain. And then it rained some more.
