We spent 5 weeks working at Santa Martha rescue centre in Tambillo which is located up in the Andes Mountains an hour south of Quito. The project is in a really lovely setting in green rural countryside with spectacular views of volcanoes nearby. The centre has lots of different animals (some of which we´d never seen before) to name a few: monkeys (capuchins, tamarins, squirrel), lions, jaguar, ... read more
