While driving to the temple we met this young lad out walking his pet bird - how cool!!!

The area around Hue is home to the tombs of the former rulers of the Nguyen Dynasty; they were designed by and built during the lifetimes of the Emperors that now rest in the extravagantly designed tombs that have been constructed on the banks of the Perfume River.
