April 2nd 2007 The bus drops us at the junction to Shillong, where the road back to Guwahati forks sharply uphill next to a small Hindu temple. hmmmm.... typical khasi beef shop.... tough it looks scary and unhealthy.... but i like this picture. it reminds me alot of my hometown..... and yup those people are definitely from meghalaya... as the woman in the picture wore a khasi traditional and a daily household dress..... nice work erika, robin...
