Wednesday 16th May 2007 to Tuesday 22nd May 2007 I left Cindy in Nelson and made my way to Picton. I had decided to cut across the top instead of travelling via Blenheim. This I was soon to find out was the Queen Charlotte Drive - a very windy (literally taking the steering wheel from 9 and 3 to 12 and 6 and back again - constantly for nearly an hour!).
