The director's name wasn't on the program I got, but he's obviously done a great job. Here he is with Josh Stenberg the Harvard prof who has done most of the translations.

Jiansu Province Kun Opera It’s not the Beijing Opera, but it’s great to be in the audience. The operas are staged in an old Confucian temple and a small theater so you can really see the details of the performers’ costumes and make up, as well as the emotions they project. I retired -- finished volunteering in Guatemala
-- finished being a foreign expert at Nanjing Normal University in China.
China is fascinating: old and new; developed and developing;
ancient and modern; and on and on. I was there from August 2006 to July 2007.
I was back home in Atlanta, GA and traveled several places in the USA; visited a spa in
Mexico with my sisters; northern Europe in February '08 with friends from China. June 2011 another trip to Mexico, to Rio Caliente Spa. Now I'll stay home for a while.
