Our journey north to Bangkok coincided with the early onset of the rainy season and, boy, did it rain. However, there have been sufficient intervals between the showers for us to see and do much. Tell us a bit about yourself... this information will appear on your page. I am a deputy Head Teacher at a terrific school in Hulme, central Manchester. Having spent thirty five years in urban comprehensives, I think I deserve a break, so my wife, Christine and I are taking six months out from education to go round the world for the first time.
