So we have finally made it all the way down south- almost back in Cambodia in fact! There are indeed 4000 islands here dotted around the Mekong- most not inhabited but its pretty cool! No electricity except for a few hours a day, lots of hammocks and lots of river around! Really enjoying the last few moments of asia doing not a lot!
