Today we had no planned activities in Luang Prabang so we decided to rent some bikes for 10,000 KIP (1 USD) and see the area. First stop was Wat Xieng Thong, where our local guide had been a monk for the past 7 years. After cycling around a bit more and getting to an internet cafe we headed back to where our accommodation was for a BBQ in the evening. Our local tour guide took us Lao line d ... read more
