I think I will start with a quick description of my amazing vegan finds in Barcelona. We are a group of girls going backpacking in Europe for four weeks! Though different, we have a lot in common and are excited to share this experience together. Later on in the trip we will be joined by Jesse, Courtney's cousin- stay tuned! Kinsey is ready to expand her horizons as a photographer and become immersed in the culture of the people of Europe.
