We left to catch the morning bus from Paraty to Sao Paulo but this was full so we had to wait around for 4 hours for the next bus. This took 6 hours to arrive in Sao Paulo we then took another bus to Iquazu taking 18 hours. We arrived in Foz De Iquazu at 10.30am and stayed at hostel Bambu.
