Interesting
When i first heard of this dish i thought it quite peculiar, you know, the whole issue with taboo food nowadays, but filled with culture. Surely, it is popular in china, but the in UK, otherwise. Personally i do prefer a good tea of xiao long bao and a cup of oolong to a long walk down the beach but hey, thats just me. The dish does sound interesting, but not some thing i would try. From an outsider/viewer's perspective, i give it a 3/8 for appearance, and a 4/8 for the chance of me ever actually trying it.
