Cold Norway! Burrrr!

That is how Norwegians describe the weather, “Not cold but fresh.” The high today was 12C (54F) and the low was 8C (47F). It is crazy but I love it. It just feels so, fresh! I bought my first scarf today (well two actually - have to catch up with all the Scandinavians).
