Glasgow Street, Glasgow.

Cant get more Glaswegian than living on this street. Note that there are two bricked up windows, which is probably due to the Window tax in place in Scotland from 1747 - 1798. Many flats and houses bricked up some of their windows to escape paying the tax. Other bizarre taxes in Scotland have included Dog tax, Servant tax, & Clock n Watch tax.
