Medellin was next up and we had a lovely 15 hour bus journey to look forward to! To add to the excitement we were a bit nervous about this one as it was our first overnight bus journey in Colombia and we have heard about night buses being stopped and robbed. We looked on the Lonely planet website and there was a girl that was robbed and had a gun to her head throughout the ordeal and this was in a ... read more

I began my passion for travelling back in 2002 where my first backpacking trip was with my Girlfriend Michele and 2 mates Jay and Lee. We Traveled to the U.S, Fiji, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos.
Iam now on my second stint of traveling with Michelle. This time we start in Mexico and will be travelling through all the Central American Countries and South America, fingers crossed. We are hoping to travel for upto 2 years.... full info
