The hotel is located in the middle part of the island on a white sandy beach, just across from the Duty Free Shopping Centre and the Bank of Guam, 15 minutes drive away from International Airport. The area is a tourist centre called Garapan with numerous shops and restaurants.

While the hotel is located across Duty Free Shopping Centre, there is a branch shop in the hotel, too. The hotel offers a 2. 6 meters diving pool in addition to two outdoor swimming pools for adults and children.

The resort consists of three buildings - the Main Wing, Crystal Tower, and Taga Tower. Taga Tower is an eighteen-story white building.

The lobby is located in the Main Wing and is medium in size. The guests are escorted to the Taga Tower after check-in.

The rooms in Taga Tower are very large in size and in very good condition. All the rooms have a furnished private balcony overlooking the ocean, TV with in-house movie, and a mini-bar. The bathrooms are in very good condition, too. The rooms are located on the second floor to twelfth floor.

There are 3 restaurants, an open-air lobby lounge, and a pool side bar on the property.
