Driving alongside Lake Wakatipu - magical
"Yeah, so I'm going back to New Zealand this winter."

"Oh I see. [Pause] So do you love sheep?"

A stupid comment by a stupid person. Sheep are not the only "attraction" that New Zealand has. What about the diverse and stunning natural scenery? The cool, easy-going (yet comparitevely less intelligent) inhabitants? What about all the fun activities that cost heaps of money?

After an exciting 2006, my need to travel again has reached eruption point - especially after exams! So here I am, about to embark on yet another journey (albeit short one) to New Zealand. The prospect of once again being amongst NZ's dramatic scenery and gliding down some statuous mountains is more than enough to get me excited. It will provide short-term relief for my travel bug disease. We will be driving around the South Island in three vans with ten people. Yes; ten. The logistics involved in this voyage would baffle even the most intelligent of minds. Ten people is a big group! But as the old saying goes, the more the merrier, and with ten peope this should be a very merry trip indeed.

I have included photos of my previous trip
Thousand WordsThousand Words
Thousand Words

How can you even begin to describe scenery like this... One of my favourite NZ photos - Lake Te Anau
to New Zealand, where I drove around the North and South Islands for four weeks with my family. Four weeks was certainly not long enough, and there were so many things I wanted to do that I couldn't do then.

Really, I guess this "introductory" blog is an excuse for me to put up some of photos I took of NZ last time :P I was uneducated in the ways of the internet back then and didn't have a travelblog. "Blo-gg?", I would say blankly. So now some of my NZ memories are immortalised on the internet.

Despite the plethora of sheep congesting the countryside, and despite New Zealanders being less intelligent than Australians, this place is an exciting place to travel through, and I am very excited to go back!

Choice, e brew!

Confusion
So you've written a blog but you haven't actually been travelling anywhere. Discraceful behaviour. See you in a couple of weeks.

Rebuttal
O how foolish and ignorant you truly are. 1) Your foolishness is inherent in your personality and needs no further argument. 2) Your ignorance is displayed by the fact that you have done something similar to that of which you accuse me. Remember your first blog, which you probably wrote from Perth about your future travel plans. I.e. you too had written a blog without having done any travelling to write about. O the nerve you have for accusing me of such "disgraceful behaviour", when you yourself have done the same. Step down from your high pedastal and heed the faults you have displayed. Think before you speak, my friend, so that your folly need not be bestowed upon the world for all to mock.
