So, the day has finally come for me to head to the other side of the world. It’s crazy to imagine that in only 26 hours (if everything goes smoothly) then I will be on my way. It may not be the longest I’ve been away from home, but it will definitely be the farthest. Thank God they speak English there, or else I may not be able to calm my nerves about adapting to somewhere so new. I have been packing off and on for about a week, scatterbraining as I like to call it, and I don’t think I have left anything out (knock on wood). Let’s hope that all goes well and that next time I update this, it will be in the land down under. Cheers.
