Over the last weekend we were in Taupo as Amy and Jeremy came over from Hastings. Great to see the kids and say my goodbyes before I head off over seas. Jeremy and I got in a bit of fishing with some success, but I forgot to take the camera. Silly me!!!! Very cold, but it reminds me of the fact that I love Taupo. Great views of the mountain on the way home as it was very clear across the dessert road.
In 2012 I retired after 43 years in retail and am now living the dream of following the sun. For some years I have travelled to Norway to visit our son and his family and now I am retired and have more time at my disposal I can include other adventures.
