Today Leigh and I went for a swim at the heated pools and then for coffee before packing a picnic and heading out to the beach.



We decided to go to Whananaki North as the last time I had been was at least 9 years ago and Leigh had never been!



The weather was not too good but we walked across the longest footbridge and had lunch looking over the water before heading back home. Here are a few photos.....

the photos are so good but you did not go to the end through the village where there is a campingground and a row of pohutukawas and open see. nnext time maybe.

Yes we did go to the camping ground at the end!
