Well its finally November and that means i've only two more weeks in New Zealand! More to the point it means i've got to actually leave Wellington, something I have to admit i'm slightly sad about. Wellington is such an amazingly lovely city, I didn't realise how much until my sister asked if i'd consider living here!

Whilst here this time i've been working in a backpackers, painted like a zebra and called the Wildlife House. It was hard work but luckly I only did it for 4 hours a day, which has made my Kiwi bank account look somewhat better. For the last three weeks i've been staying at a wwoof gay homestay and doing 4 hours gardeing a day after the backpackers! Feeling like i'm a person in the real world was actually nice for a while!

The wwoof homestay has been the main highlight of Wellington. Koromiko Homestay is ran by three guys - Chris, Kris and Andy - who are a couple, but with three people! According to the wwoof book their house is "a pleasing example of delibrate eccentricity", which does fit, its got port hole windows, bright colours and beds on little 'shelves'

The twenty minute uphill walk home was the only down side!
all over the place. Their views of the city are stunning and considering Wellington's insane weather patterns you get a different picture out the window every morning. Its a shame to leave, but i've got to get home at some point......next stop volcanoes!
